All appointments must be booked through our website or by contacting our salon directly. We reserve the right to confirm or decline any booking based on availability and service requirements.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
You may reschedule your appointment without penalty up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.
We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods. Payment is due in full at the time of service. All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time with notice.
Clients must inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns prior to any service. We are not responsible for adverse reactions to products or treatments if pre-existing conditions were not disclosed. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may cause harm to the client.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
